KIA Motors provides an online web portal called “KDealer” to help businesses learn about the various programs and systems. The KDealer portal is a business-to-business gateway to proprietary Kia Motors America (KMA) programs and systems, which contain sensitive and confidential information about KMA and its dealerships.

The Dealer Operator decides which dealer personnel gets access to the system on behalf of the dealership, as well as what functions they are able to perform.  The Dealer Operator can delegate Dealer Administrator authority to another individual within the dealership.​​​​

Who can access this site?

This site is only accessible to approved Kia Motors America (KMA) team members, dealer personnel, and affiliates. A dealer’s personnel includes Dealer Principal/Owner, F&I Manager, Service Technicians, General Manager, Business Office Personnel, Warranty Administrator, Sales Manager, Service Manager, Parts Manager, etc.

Who do I contact for help?

​For assistance with login issues, please contact the KDealer Support Team at 800-327-2707. If you are looking for assistance with setup issues, please contact your Dealer Administrator. If you need assistance with your technical questions, you can call 1-800-327-2707. Technical support can also be obtained via the email address [email protected].

How do I register with KDealer?

Create your user account by clicking the “New User Registration” button on www.KDealer.com. You will be notified when your account has been submitted.  Once your Dealership Administrator has approved your registration, you will receive an email notification. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your registration to be approved.  The Dealer Administrator should be consulted if the approval isn’t received within a reasonable period of time.  If you continue to encounter problems, call 800-327-2707 for support from the KDealer Support Team. Registered KMA team members should contact the Help Desk to register.
